Confused as to how to navigate around here?
Hakuna matata!
Although I've been blogging since 2010 on and off, I'm going to up the ante for 2013.
Here's a quick summary and update schedule (effective 10/15/2012):

"My Life" tab: 
Basically the homepage where the 5 most recent posts will be visible. All the posts are here including videos, venting, books reviews, etc. I vent a lot but I realize that can be exhausting (especially for my poor boyfriend, lol). However, since I love you so much I've organized the posts by pages. On your right, you can also see what books I'm reading so you can check back for the review. Can life get any easier?

"Who I Am" tab: 
Learn about the woman behind the scenes! (I hear she's pretty easygoing.)

"Book Reviews" tab: 
*Updated Every Monday*
Easy access to all the books that have had the luxury of being seen by my eyes...and hopefully yours too!

"Tapout XT" tab: 
*Updated Monthly*
More of a wishful thinking page (lol). All my documentation of my SEEMINGLY never-ending journey to stay fit. Mostly Tapout but afterwards, Insanity, P90X, and hopefully running events. 

"Happiness Project" tab: 
*Updated Monthly*
My year-long journey to appreciate life more. It will chronicle from November 2012 to November 2013. Inspired by The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.

"Videos" tab: 
*Updated Every Friday*
All the videos I've ever uploaded here. 

"Cool Stuff" tab: 
*Updated Every Wednesday*
Some stuff along the way that I've stumbled on and felt the need to post.
